Impotence: Is There a Natural Cure?
These days we are looking for a natural cure for everything from the common cold to heart trouble. Sometimes we can find one, sometimes a natural cure just does not exist.
What about impotence? Is there a natural cure for impotence? Let’s look at some “New Age” treatments.
Acupuncture has helped men whose impotence is rooted in their psychology. Medical science is at a loss to explain why, but acupuncturists will tell you that acupuncture has released and rebalanced the “qi” or life force. Needles are placed at various “meridians” of the body, not directly into the penis.
Can aromatherapy cure impotence in a natural way? Sometimes impotence stems from a lack of sexual desire. Some scents that are used in aromatherapy can certainly put you in the mood.
But, surprisingly, some scents also cause an increase in blood flow to the penis. Different scents work for different men, so you will need to experiment. But aromatherapy is cheaper than Levitra, and has no side effects.
Herbal medicines and supplements seem likely candidates as a natural cure for impotence. But there is little except anecdotal evidence to support any such claims.
Gingko does increase blood flow. Ginseng and saw palmetto may help you reach an erection, butthat is not yet proven. Arginine is an amino acid that is now being studied, and may help in some cases.
